Banke Sotomi is a transformational Leadership & Executive Coach, with extensive experience in the corporate world as a qualified commercial lawyer in the UK and in Nigeria, with over 20 years of corporate experience. She is a certified Life Coach, a Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner, and a certified Behavioural Change Expert. Her coaching practice runs a number of impactful 1:1 and group coaching programs that are focused on helping her clients make lasting life transformations, as well her corporate executive programs with various companies to improve productivity, performance, and profitability. She is a member of the Chartered Management Institute, with a Diploma in Level 5 Management & Leadership and recently completed the Oxford Women’s Leadership Development Programme at the prestigious University of Oxford, UK. Banke has made significant waves in the Personal Development industry in Africa as the founder and convenor of the fast-growing personal development workshop series called SOULCIALIZE™, which are practical workshops focused on providing tools and strategies to empower African women. Banke is also the founder and CEO of Africa's first self-growth subscription box service called THE GLOWGETTER BOX™ which provides curated life coaching and transformative resources in an easily accessible and affordable way for the modern African woman on her journey of self-discovery. She is particularly passionate about empowering African women in the area of personal growth and leadership and founded The M.A.W Life Planner™ brand, which stands for The Modern. African. Woman and seeks to help African women around the world set and plan empowered goals for success. She has built a cult following for this brand and has sold over 650 copies of her planner across 7 African countries and the Diaspora, with over 4,000 followers and a global reach in excess of 100,000 in her online community. Her passion and her ability to promote the culture of coaching and personal development in Africa has led to regular features on Lagos Talk Radio as a guest expert to a reach of over 20 million listeners along with other top media platforms such as, The Business Daily Newspaper, CNN Africa and The Guardian for her work in the coaching industry. She has been invited onto various stages and platforms to speak and share her expertise as a leading coach in Africa.
