​​Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bloom Buddy is a complete ecosystem providing solutions for mental, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental care through the use of certified professionals (Partner). Where a Partner cancels a service or paid online event before it begins or if a paid online event is canceled due to a violation of any of our terms, you will be entitled to a refund.

Where you purchase admission to an online event OR have secured an appointment with one of our Partners to receive a service either via our online services or offline, can request a refund for any reason up prior to the scheduled start time. However, the following shall apply:

  1. Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days will incur a 20% fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a 30% fee.

  2. If the cancellation is at 24 hours or less in advance of an event (online or offline) or a service, you will not receive a refund. However, you may receive a gift certificate to be used for future events or towards rescheduling for a service.

  3. Clients and Guests are allowed to transfer their fully paid reservations for an event or service to a third party by notifying us via email – support@thebloombuddy.com.

 

Where a Partner reschedules a paid online event before it begins, you may request for full refunds OR, may decide to receive a gift certificate for future events by sending an email to support@thebloombuddy.com.

All refunds and cancellations shall not include surcharges due to Bloom Buddy and relevant transfer/bank charges.
