To add a new FAQ, simply: 1. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button. 2. Use your site’s dashboard to add, edit, and manage questions and answers. 3. Assign each FAQ to a relevant category. 4. Save and publish your updates.

You can add media in just a few steps. Go to your app Settings, open Manage FAQs, and select the question you want to update. Then edit the answer, tap the camera, video, or GIF icon, and upload the media you want from your library.

To customize or hide the “FAQ” title: 1. Navigate to the Settings tab in the app. 2. Edit the title as needed. 3. To hide it, disable the Title option under “Info to Display.”
