She is passionate about nurturing individuals and couples, to evolve to thrive as they gain clarity, overcome mindset limitations, discover their options, and set and take intentional steps to optimize the best versions of themselves in their life, relationship, and marriage so that they enjoy happiness, satisfaction, and fulfillment. She achieves this through providing solutions as the Lead Coach with Evolve 2 Thrive Limited; and as a Faculty Member and Chief Operating Officer of OLCA Coaching Limited.
Tolu Afonja is also the founder of “Be4Marriage”, a Relationship Coaching Program created to help engaged couples evolve to thrive together, preparing them for marital bliss. A certified SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It starts) Facilitator, she also works with married couples who desire to improve the dynamics in their marriage, to enjoy happiness and fulfillment, through the “Couple Strategy Room” She anchored “The Uncensored Talk”, a live radio show on Lagos Talks 91.3 FM, focused on building strong and harmonious relationships and marriages. She has been featured on several radio and television programmes such as Rave TV; TVC; Beat 99.9FM; Inspiration FM 92.3; etc. In March 2019, Tolu was honoured with the Icon Award at the Coaching Icon Awards held in Lagos, Nigeria.
She is a member of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), and the Nigerian Institute for Training and Development (NITAD). Tolu is also an accredited Management Trainer with the Nigerian Centre for Management Development (NCMD). She is currently the Chairman of the Coaching, Mentoring, and Counseling Committee in the Association of Elite Human Resource Professionals (AEHRP).
