He has over 27 years experience of working in the Financial Services Industry. Starting with FSB International Bank, Fidelity Bank, First City Monument Bank Ltd, and Asset & Resource Management Holding Company Ltd. He holds an MBA from Lincoln University, Oakland, CA, USA, and a Certificate in Leadership from Harvard Division of Continuing Education, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He is skilled in Organizational Development, Performance Management, Learning and Knowledge Management, Life Coaching, Leadership & Team Building, Project Management, Creative Thinking and Systems Design, Talent Management, Measuring Training Impact, and ROI Analysis, etc.
He has been an active contributor to several organizational projects such as SAJE Project (Staff Analysis & Job Evaluation), Digital Transformation, Manpower Planning, and Optimization Projects. He is a stickler for results with a strong passion for making positive deposits in the lives of people and businesses. He also volunteers in Nation Building Works/Projects/Initiatives. He is a member of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigerian Library Association (NLA), Association of Professional Facilitators and Trainers in Africa (APFTiA), Learning and Development Network International (LDNI) to mention a few.
