She is trained as a Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner (NLP), and in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). And is both a member of the Maxwell Leadership team and the Forbes Coaches Council.

She also serves as a Small Business Consultant with a leading Financial corporation and has 19 years of overall Corporate experience. She is a Bestselling Author of five books, and is passionate about cancer Advocacy, having survived cancer twice in 2017 and 2022.
She encourages others to shame their shame, by owning their unusual stories. Eden makes her home in Texas with her Nurturer, Ambrose, and together they’re raising three phenomenal girls.
