Sola Oyegbade, SPHRi, ACIPM, is the Managing Partner, Flexolutions Limited, a Human Capacity Building and Organizational Development Company with passion for creating flexible, functional and result oriented solutions for managing people, driving learning, facilitating development, tracking employee performance and improving business growth. Sola is also a certified Life Coach from OLCA Coaching Limited (formerly Olusola Lanre Coaching Academy). He integrates his coaching skills with training to provide a blended training and coaching approach to Learning, Performance and Growth for his clients, thereby helping industry leaders and practitioners reinvent, evolve and continue on a purposeful path when they seem to have peaked on a career path. He has over 27 years’ experience of working in the Financial Services Industry. Starting with FSB International Bank, Fidelity Bank, First City Monument Bank Ltd and Asset & Resource Management Holding Company Ltd. He holds an MBA from Lincoln University, Oakland, CA, USA and a Certificate in Leadership from Harvard Division of Continuing Education, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He is skilled in Organizational Development, Performance Management, Learning and Knowledge Management, Life Coaching, Leadership & Team Building, Project Management, Creative Thinking and Systems Design, Talent Management, Measuring Training Impact and ROI Analysis, etc. He has been an active contributor in several organizational projects such as SAJE Project (Staff Analysis & Job Evaluation), Digital Transformation, Manpower Planning and Optimization Project. He is a stickler for results with strong passion for making positive deposits in the lives of people and businesses. He also volunteers in Nation Building Works/Projects/Initiatives. He is a member of the Life Coaches Association of Nigeria (LCAN), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Nigerian Library Association (NLA), Association of Professional Facilitators and Trainers in Africa (APFTiA), Learning and Development Network International (LDNI) to mention a few.

If COACH-ME does not receive such notice, you will be forfeiting your coaching session(s). Forgetting or missing an appointment or call is not an emergency. If you need to reschedule our appointment, use this Client Feedback Form. Refund Policy At COACH-ME, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service. However, we understand that there may be times when adjustments need to be made. Once a session has been booked and payment received, we cannot offer refunds. This policy is in place to ensure the commitment of both the coach and the client to the booked session. If you find that the scheduled time no longer works for you, we offer the possibility to reschedule your session. To do so, a request must be made in writing using our Client Feedback Form. We will do our best to accommodate a new timing that suits both the client and the coach. Please note that Bloom Buddy is our booking partner, therefore. all service-related issues must be communicated directly to us at COACH-ME. In case of any complaints regarding our services, please direct them to COACH-ME using this Client Feedback Form. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our refund policy.
