He partners with organizations in transiting from where they are to where they want to be whilst bridging the gap between their potential and their performance. He helps high performing individuals design their unique meaningful and fulfilling life. His influence domains are Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Emotional Intelligence, Coaching, Human Capital Development, Strategy, Mind Engineering and Thought Architecture. FLA is a Certified Life Coach, Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the International Council for Managing Consulting Institute (ICMCI). He is also a Fellow of the International Management Consultants Certification Board (FIMCB). He single handedly provided coaching services for almost 200 bank Managers in Nigeria. An alumnus of Bulletproof Manager, FLA recently served as a Senior Consultant with Kainos Edge Consulting Limited. He worked with Soft-Skills Management Consultants as the Head, Learning Design, and Implementation department. He also served as an Analyst with Human Performance Solutions. The Computer Science graduate who also cut his scholastic teeth with an Executive Masters in Project Management and Professional Masters in International Law and Diplomacy, has consulted for several organisation and structured projects tailor-made for specific organisations. Femi Luther’s professional alliances include being a Certified Leading Change Management Facilitator – John Kotter 8 Step Change Management Principle. He is also a certified Human Resource Business Partner with HRCI, USA. He is a member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) USA, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (NITAD). Engineering minds and thoughts towards effectiveness, Femi has authored over 15 books to successfully channel the wealth of knowledge he has accrued over the years.
