Kemi is authoritatively positioned in her career with over two decades of experience in the Human Resource Management space. Currently consulting with one of the top 5 largest employers of labour - NHS England with an annual budget of £130b, she works as Head of Strategic HR & Organisational Development with the responsibility for driving the People Strategy, the NHS Long Term Plan, the delegation of commissioning services and the creation of the New NHS England Merger Project involving 22k employees.
Some key highlights of her career are:
i. HR Project lead for 2 multi-million pound projects in the U.K. The first was a £160m project to transfer employees into the biggest cardiovascular centre in Europe and a £150m project to build a new cancer centre in the U.K.
ii. HR lead for delivering a new model of care within the health department of the government of Jersey.
iii. Development of national talent management and senior leaders coaching programme.
She works strategically and collaboratively with a wide range of leaders from mid-level to board-level executives delivering a plethora of bespoke solutions.
