This website is owned and operated by Bloom Buddy. Bloom Buddy is a strategic booking service partner for COACH-ME. Throughout this site, COACH-ME offers coaching, information, tools, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
The information provided on the COACH-ME landing page on the Bloom Buddy site is solely owned and created by COACH-ME services. All COACH-ME programs are designed, fully owned and delivered by COACH-ME and Lanre Olusola, The Catalyst. While we strive to keep the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
About COACH-ME Services
At COACH-ME, we offer a variety of coaching services tailored to meet your specific needs. Our dedicated coaches are skilled professionals with a wealth of experience in their respective fields.
The COACH-ME personal coaching services provided are offered virtually. In your coaching sessions, coaches will agree together upon issues you wish to work, and goals you wish to set for yourself. While coaching generally offers clients many benefits, there are no guarantees in how you will experience it for yourself. It is important that you openly discuss any dissatisfaction or concerns so that we can make the necessary adjustments in meeting your goals.
The focus of personal coaching is creation and implementation of strategies to reach client-identified goals of enhanced performance and personal satisfaction. Personal coaching may address specific personal projects, life balance, job performance and satisfaction, or general conditions in the client’s life, business, or profession.
Coaching utilizes personal strategic planning, values of clarification, brainstorming, motivational counseling, and other counseling techniques. You are likely to be given “homework” assignments as part of our work together, and you will get out of our work as much as you are willing to put into it.
Personal coaching does not diagnose or treat health or mental health disorders. Our coaching is not reimbursable through health insurance policies.
Booking and Communication Policy
It is essential that all clients use the Bloom Buddy booking platform for scheduling sessions and contacting COACH-ME coaches. This policy is in place to ensure clear communication, maintain professional boundaries, and allow us to provide the best service possible. Any attempt to schedule sessions or communicate outside of the Bloom Buddy platform is strictly prohibited. All services must be directed through the platform. Please note that any risks, issues, or disputes arising from attempts to circumvent this policy will not be the responsibility of COACH-ME. Your cooperation and adherence to this policy help us maintain a secure, reliable, and professional coaching environment.
All interactions between coaches and clients occur within the confines of the Bloom Buddy platform. Direct interaction outside this platform is strictly prohibited to ensure safety and professionalism.
Session Lengths And Bookings
Individual sessions are approximately 60 minutes with an added 15 minutes for an introductory discovery session carried out by your coach on your first session. All bookings are to be made online at this link on the Bloom Buddy site.
In the event that you are unable to keep an appointment, you must notify COACH-ME 24 hours in advance (unless there is a reasonable emergency). If COACH-ME does not receive such notice, you will be forfeiting your coaching session(s). Forgetting or missing an appointment or call is not an emergency. If you need to reschedule our appointment, use this Client Feedback Form.
At COACH-ME, we are committed to providing our clients with exceptional service. However, we understand that there may be times when adjustments need to be made.
Once a session has been booked and payment received, we cannot offer refunds. This policy is in place to ensure the commitment of both the coach and the client to the booked session.
If you find that the scheduled time no longer works for you, we offer the possibility to reschedule your session. To do so, a request must be made in writing using our Client Feedback Form. We will do our best to accommodate a new timing that suits both the client and the coach.
Please note that Bloom Buddy is our booking partner, therefore. all service-related issues must be communicated directly to us at COACH-ME. In case of any complaints regarding our services, please direct them to COACH-ME using this Client Feedback Form.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our refund policy. Our aim is to create a fair and respectful environment for all our clients and coaches.
Code of Ethics for Clients and Coaches
We adhere to a strict code of ethics which governs our professional conduct. This includes maintaining the highest standards of integrity, respecting confidentiality, and adhering to professional competency standards.
1. Professional Conduct: Coaches will uphold the highest standards of professionalism, demonstrating integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality in all interactions.
2. Respect and Equality: Coaches will treat all individuals with respect, dignity, and fairness, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or socioeconomic status.
3. Competence: Coaches will maintain excellence in their work, recognizing the boundaries of their expertise and referring clients to other professionals when necessary.
4. Confidentiality: Coaches will respect client confidentiality and will not disclose any information without the client's express consent, except as required by law.
5. Platform Compliance: Coaches will only interact with clients within the boundaries of the Bloom Buddy platform. Any attempts to conduct coaching sessions or communicate outside of this platform are strictly prohibited.
1. Respect: Clients will demonstrate respect for the coach's time and effort, including punctuality for appointments and providing advance notice if unable to attend a scheduled session.
2. Honesty: Clients will provide accurate and complete information to the coach to facilitate effective coaching.
3. Commitment: Clients are expected to commit fully to the coaching process, including following through on agreed-upon actions.
4. Confidentiality: Clients will respect the confidentiality of the coaching relationship and will not disclose any information about the coach or the coaching sessions without the coach's express consent, except as required by law.
5. Platform Compliance: Clients must only communicate and schedule sessions with coaches via the Bloom Buddy platform. Any attempts to circumvent this policy are strictly prohibited.
By adhering to these guidelines, both coaches and clients help maintain a secure, professional, and productive coaching environment. Any risks arising from breaches of this code, particularly regarding interactions outside the Bloom Buddy platform, will not be the responsibility of COACH-ME.
